Mattieu Bouchet – oversees cultivation, which is exclusively biodynamic. The son of one of the world's foremost authorities on biodynamic viticulture, François Bouchet, Mattieu acquired his experience working with his father.

Andrea Paoletti – is our local Tuscan consultant for both viticulture and winemaking.  Originally working for Antinori, Paoletti now consults to some of Italy’s top wine estates, including Ornellaia, Isole e Olena and Moris Farms.

Dominique Genot – has recently joined the Caiarossa team as Director and enologist. He started out in 2000 in Burgundy, obtaining a degree in enology from the University of Dijon in 2003, and subsequently gained further experience working in Napa Valley and New Zeland. Upon his return to France he obtained a second degree in agronomy at Bordeaux, with a concentration in viticulture.
