The cultivation and vinification are the fruit of a dynamic, hard working international team.

Mattieu Bouchetoversees cultivation, which is exclusively biodynamic. The son of one of the world's foremost authorities on biodynamic viticulture, François Bouchet, Mattieu acquired his experience working with his father.

Andrea Paoletti – is our local Tuscan consultant for both viticulture and winemaking.  Originally working for Antinori, Paoletti now consults to some of Italy’s top wine estates, including Ornellaia, Isole e Olena and Moris Farms.

Dominique Genothas recently joined the Caiarossa team as Director and enologist. He started out in 2000 in Burgundy, obtaining a degree in enology from the University of Dijon in 2003, and subsequently gained further experience working in Napa Valley and New Zeland. Upon his return to France he obtained a second degree in agronomy at Bordeaux, with a concentration in viticulture.

Emilio Mancini – has a degree in Business Administration from the University of Pisa, handles Caiarossa's finances and administration.
