In terms of quantity, Caiarossa Extra Virgin Olive Oil is definitely a niche product with only 700 half-liter bottles produced each year, distinguished by the delicate, fruity and aromatic quality of their golden content. The olives, harvested at the end of October, are cold pressed using the continuous cycle method at controlled temperature not exceeding 25°C. The cold extraction ensures the production of a fruity, low acid extra virgin olive oil.
