Since August 6th, according to the Decree-Law 23/07/2021 n°105, access to the cellar is allowed only by showing the Green Pass. The international QR code certifies the vaccination or the recovery from Covid-19. Alternatively, it is possible to submit a test with a negative result made in the last 48 hours. In the absence of a Green Pass or negative test, we can host the only tasting of our wines in an outdoor area. If you need further information, please don’t hesitate to contact us to: 0586_699016

• Caiarossa Winelovers Tour
Visit and Tasting with lunch.
Visit the winery of Caiarossa and discover the biodynamic and geodynamic philosophy that inspired the building.
Taste Caiarossa Bianco, our three red wines and Caiarossa extra virgin oil paired with a special lunch in our wonderful main tasting room.

Time: 2.5 h

• Caiarossa experience – Like a Pro
Tour of the winery, tasting from the barrels and tasting of new vintages.
We will explain to you the processes for making organic and biodynamic wines starting from the vineyard, then the cellar and the barriques room where you’ll have the exclusive possibility to taste some of our varieties directly from the barrels. At the end you will taste the new vintages of Caiarossa Bianco and our 3 red wines: Pergolaia, Aria di Caiarossa, Caiarossa.
