葡萄园地图
加耶罗莎庄园现今占地70公顷，其中一半面积为栎树、栓皮槠与圣栎树林所占。最初的16公顷葡萄园于1998年到2000年之间所建，通过对其土壤的分析与矿样采集，显示其成分非常丰富且多样：其中石灰质占比最少，岩石含量丰富，铁砂占比最多。最新的15公顷葡萄园于2012年至2013年间建成，位于尼克利诺丘陵南坡，距离里帕尔贝拉镇中心只有几公里远，土壤中含有丰富的粘土。
有关葡萄种类的研究，其再次证明了此地土壤的多样性，最终为红色葡萄浆果划分出七个品种：桑乔维亚、梅鹿汁、品丽珠、赤霞珠、味而多、阿里坎特和西拉；以及为白色葡萄浆果划分出三个品种：维欧尼、霞多丽和小芒森。
