バイオダイナミック農法
伝統と革新、宇宙と人類のリンク。
バイオダイナミックの哲学は1924年に正式に誕生しました。この新しい農業思想を生みだしたのは、哲学者、研究者、そして人智学（文字通り人類の叡智を研究する学問）の創始者でもあるラドルフ・シュタイナー氏です。
この哲学は、宇宙の構成要素をかき集めたものではなく、宇宙を全体としてとらえるという宇宙の全体論に基づいています。この哲学では、自然と人類、全生物、それらを取り巻く宇宙との間に調和関係を構築することを目的とした重要な取り組みが求められます。環境と深く関わり、ミネラル合成化学肥料や化学農薬を使用することなく、日々のチェックを通じてブドウ園の細やかな手入れを行います。土壌には、有機肥料とブドウの搾りかすから作られた堆肥、緑肥料、バイオダイナミック調合剤を施し、バイオ種子を混ぜて草類を管理します。これらの作業により土壌の生物活性を強化することで、土壌自体が活性化され、植物を健全な方法で栽培できます。天然のセーフガードの刺激と予防の観点からブドウに手を加えます。ブドウ園の害虫を抑制するために、少量の銅と硫黄に複数の植物や藻類からの抽出物を配合したものと天然ミネラル由来の駆虫剤で処理を施して「セクシャルコンフュージョン」を行います。
これらの作業は宇宙と月の周期に従って管理されます。実際に天体のリズムに合わせることで、これらの作業の効果を最大限に活かすことができたのです。
